We settled on the last of the Skinny Project homes today. The other two went through on Monday. This means that after 4 months or so of building we officially no longer own any of the homes in the project. Instead, they are the proud possession of our buyers. Congratulations buyers.

Fortunately, our buyers are comfortable with us taking some finished pictures to show here on the blog. So, keep an eye out for new interior shots of the finished product in the next few days.

We at Postgreen are all very proud of this project and would like to thank the whole team for their hard work and attention to detail throughout. We would also like to thank our investors and our buyers for believing in us and our product. There were many successful moments in this project that will effect the way we build for years to come.

For those who feel there are still a lot of gaps in our coverage of this project, you are right. Unfortunately for the coverage, the project moved a little faster than we could blog it. However, that speed was fortunate in just about every other sense. Don’t worry though. We will be filling in those information gaps over the next few weeks. The end of a project certainly doesn’t mean we are done talking about it.
