We have applied for building permits on the Two Point Five and expect to be able to start construction in as little as a month. This means that the clock is already ticking on customization options for anyone interested in owning this home. So, if you dig the design, why not customize it now. We have already had a few significant nibbles and expect this house to sell quickly. This isn’t surprising as it is a pretty ridiculous value . . . even for us.

Since we are getting close to breaking ground, we thought we would share some more detailed floor plans. These should give you a good idea of the actual space and allow the truly inspired to figure out exactly how their furniture might fit.

The last image in that group provides the dimensions for the alternate bedroom configuration on the 2nd floor. This is one of the options that needs to be chosen sooner rather than later. Let us know which option you like best in the comments. You will also note that we have redesigned the 3rd floor bathroom. We are very excited about this change as we think it makes the top floor a more interesting space.

Finally, here is another rendering from our ongoing facade design work. This shows the roof deck and trellis area. Keep in mind that colors and other details are still in the works. We will share more as we have more to share.
